At Xavier Ellsworth Tutoring Services, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and allow us to accommodate all families effectively, we kindly ask that clients follow the guidelines outlined below regarding cancellations and rescheduling.

1. Cancellation Notice

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another student.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session rate, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. No-Shows

If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

4. Emergencies and Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

5. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.

6. Repeated Cancellations

Frequent cancellations may result in limited booking access or the loss of reserved time slots.
