Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date: April 17, 2025

At Xavier Ellsworth Tutoring Services, we understand that schedules may change. To ensure fairness and maintain consistency for all families, the following guidelines outline our cancellation and rescheduling expectations

1. Cancellation Notice

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. This allows us to offer the time slot to another student.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. No-Shows

If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

4. Emergencies and Exceptions

We understand that emergencies arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

5. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty when requested at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time.

6. Repeated Cancellations

Frequent cancellations may result in limited booking access or loss of reserved time slots.
